Requirements

Individual members

Must agree to the goals of the KSS

Must agree not to divulge data held by the KSS

Membership is not limited to Kentucky residents

Annual Dues only $5.00!

Organizational Members

Applicants must submit the following

Adopted plan of organization with name and address

A membership list with minimum of 5 members

A chosen Director

Proof of existence for 1 year prior to application

Must agree to adhere to the goals of the KSS

Must agree to not to divulge data held by the KSS

Membership is not limited to Kentucky organizations

Annual Dues only $50.00
